Biotium Mix-n-Stain™ CF594 Small Ligand Labeling Kit
Mix-n-Stain™ Small Ligand Labeling Kits are designed for rapid labeling of low molecular weight (MW 150 -5000) ligands without a purification step. Suitable ligands or substrates include SNAP-tag, CLIP-tag™ and HaloTag ligand derivatives that have an aliphatic amine. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Deep-red fluorescent CF594 dye has excitation/emission at 593/614 nm. It is suitable for labeling ligands for cell surface staining.
Biotium 5-(AND-6)-CARBOXYTetramethylrhodamine SU
5(6)-TAMRA SE (full name: 5-(and-6)-Carboxytetramethylrhodamine succinimidyl ester (mixed isomers)) is the amine reactive form of TAMRA, one of the most commonly used red fluorescent dyes. The succinimidyl ester reacts readily with primary or secondary amines under mild conditions. Biotium Fura-2, AM Ester, 20x50ug
Fura-2, AM ester is an intracellular fluorescent calcium indicator, and the preferred dye for ratiometric imaging microscopy. The membrane-permeant AM ester can be loaded into cells via incubation, but due to limited water solubility, a mild detergent Pluronic F-127 is often used to facilitate cell loading. Fura-2, AM ester itself does not bind Ca2, but intracellular esterases readily hydrolyze it to Fura-2. Upon calcium binding, the excitation maximum of Fura-2 undergoes a blue-shift from 363 nm (no Ca2) to 335 nm (high Ca2) while the emission maximum is relatively unchanged. Measure by flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, or certain fluoresence microplate readers. Biotium Furaptra, AM Ester, 20x50ug
Furaptra, AM ester is a membrane-permeant form of Furaptra (Mag-Fura-2). The indicator is loaded into cells via simple incubation, where it is cleaved by cytoplasmic esterases to release Mag-Fura-2. Biotium LysoView™ 540, 1000X in DMSO, Trial Size
LysoView™ 540 is a red fluorescent dye that is highly selective for labeling and tracking of lysosomes in live cells, with no wash step required. With absorption and emission at 540/634 nm, the dye can be detected using a Cy3 filter set.

Biotium CF640R Hydrazide
Our CF dye hydrazides are bright, extremely water-soluble and nontoxic. These properties make the dyes excellent fixable polar tracers for microinjection into cells. Hydrazides also can be used for labeling aldehyde or ketone groups, however, for this application we recommend using the more reactive CF dye aminooxy forms. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF640R dye has excitation/emission at 642/662 nm.

CF dye tyramide conjugates can be used for tyramide signal amplification (TSA), which is an enzyme-mediated detection method that uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to generate high-density labeling of a target protein or nucleic acid in situ. ThisMAb recognizes a protein of 43 kDa, identified as OX40, which is also known as CD134. OX40 is a type I integral membrane glycoprotein and member of the tumor necrosis factor/nerve growth factor receptor (TNFR/NGFR) family. It is expressed on activated T lymphocytes, hematopoietic precursor cells and fibroblasts. It functions as a T cell co-stimulatory receptor when bound by OX40 Ligand/TNFSF4 that is expressed by antigen presenting cells. OX40 thereby plays roles in T-cell activation as well as the regulation of differentiation, proliferation or apoptosis of normal and malignant lymphoid cells.
